I asked my friends to send me some affirmations that they use in their day to day lives, the things that keep them grounded and rooted in their truth. And then I additionally wrote the words that I have written in my journal hundreds of times. Affirmations work best when repeated and engraved. Pick the ones that resonate, and then write them somewhere you can see and channel everyday!

This also made me realize how lucky I am to be surrounded by like minded individuals. It’s important that your circle elevates you- and I’m grateful for mine.
